TT code springs
Looking for information on front springs for a 2005 F150 STX. My front spring code is TT. Is that a standard spring for the STX or a heavy duty spring? Window sticker says it has the 6500# GVWR package. I am looking to get loaded struts for it and want it to still ride at the same height it does now.

It's near the top of the spring rate codes but not the highest rating. Standard should be fine for you, but I would consider swapping just the strut and keeping your OEM springs if it's a real concern.

Thank you for that great information!
The more I look around on the Internet, I think I should replace the spring with the shock. I have seen several places where the coil spring was broken and my truck has 105k on the odometer. Considering KYB SR4078 Strut-Plus units.
