P1211 before removing kitty

So I removed the 6.doh kitty over the weekend and noticed that Im not getting the CEL with famous p1211on no more, even on hard WOT on my hottest tune, this was happening after I swapped in a reman HPOP from local auto parts store, and took off my T500 which never triggered the CEL.

Now that the kitty is gone no more CEL on on my hottest tune? Why did the kitty trigger the p1211 code? EBP measurement not aligning with boost?

Inlighten me.

removing the CAT disrupted something?

possible it is fuel related and not HPOP system related?

Low fuel pressure requires more IPR % duty to make up for the loss of fuel

The PCM doesn't monitor fuel pressure , Should not have any affect on IPR DC %

No, not fuel pressure all I did was remove the cat, that's why I theorized that maybe the EBP was reading higher than boost. I'll look into it further over the weekend.

if boost level is not being met, PCM wont add in more fuel time?

The PCM decides PW in advance based on tune & TPS . Amon a few other sensors .

FP can rise based on RPMs . Injectors are always full . How much they use is based on PW & RPM for the most part .
