Rattle When Accelerating

I have a 99 F-250 SD CC V-10, when accelerating I hear a tinny metal rattle. It sounds like possibly a heat shield but nothing seems loose. Has anyone experienced this kind of rattle and if so what's the remedy. Please help I'm going crazy!!
