'08 F350 6.4, Pulling Dash, Replace What?
Pulling the dash on my lariet 4x4 (120k miles) with automatic A/C controls to replace the AC evaporator that's leaking. Doing the heater core while it's accessible. What other components should I replace while the dash is out and they're accessible, blend door?

All the HVAC doors are electric motor operated in the 08-10 trucks, AFAIK they don't have a bad reputation for wear/ breaking. Yeah replace the AC evap and heater core, but if everything else is working, I'd just kinda clean everything up a bit as you put it back together (no cabin air filter on those, so its bound to be at least a little dirty in there after 14 years).
