Anyone installed the new Nav map update?
Got notification from the fordpass app that a new Nav map update was available,has anyone done the update yet? My map version is a 2 20.. I'm downloading it now but its taking forever. Just wondering if anyone else has installed it yet.

I installed it but did it via USB and Syn3 Updater (aka CyanLabs).

Same here, though a different error. Went to Cyan labs and did it that way as well as upgraded SYNC to version 3.4. Map version 2 21

I got an error message that I didnt get a picture of before I unplugged the USB drive unfortunately. Plugged it back in and said the update was completed and would take affect at the next restart. It didnt an my Nav Map is still on the original 2 20 it was before. Should I delete it an redownload it again or is there something else I should try and do?

Successfully downloaded both the Sync3 update and the Map update yesterday onto my PC desktop. Took about 2 hours. Per the website when I entered my VIN it said I needed a Sync 3 update too. Need to transfer to USB and install in my 2021 still.
