Please help with multiple problems with 01 7.3l.
P1119 Manifold Air Temp Sensor.... Read the sensor when cold it should read ambient if not likely bad, might be the wiring.
P1140 Water in Fuel.... Drain the fuel bowl, you have water in the system and likely sucked it up when you ran the tank down... If you do not know the tank condition I would suggest never going below 1/4 tank unless you can prove or have done the Hutch/ Harpoon mod. Also put some fuel treatment in the tank, maybe some Power Service Clear Diesel and Tank Cleaner.
P0230.. Fuel Pump Relay Low Voltage.. You bypassed this to get the pump running. Replace the relay (maybe) and check the wiring and fuse.
P0603.. KAM.. Not a big deal, PCM needs to be re-set. just drive the truck and keep the batteries charged. It will go away. Usually happens when the batteries are disconnected or the PCM fuse blows.
P1105.. Suspect an alternator problem. What is the charge voltage while running? If the engine is not running properly this may also be an issue. Are your batteries at 12.6 volts minimum when resting? If not put them on a proper charger, you will fry your alternator trying to bring low batteries up to specification. If your batteries can not hold at least 12.6 volts after being off the charger for a few hours take them to a truck stop and have them tested, the corner store can not test them properly. Weak or bad batteries and a bad charging system will cause all sorts of issues.
P1216.. That is an issue with your accelerator pedal if I remember correctly. May just need a good cleaning, check the plugs as well.
This should get you started.
What did you use to pull the codes?

What did you use to pull the codes?
Sorry for my delayed reply, i got very busy. Thank you for looking up the codes fior me and getting me started. So I decided to pull the valve covers off to replace the injector o-rings and discovered that the push rod mount broke, the one that goes underneath the injector. I attached a picture of it. Now am I able to just replace the mount or and I screwed??? It looks like it just snap in half with out shattering or have shards of it come off and reck havack... let me know what you think..
