That’s awesome. In the middle of the summer I removed the cracked back window with the intention of replacing it with glass I bought from LMC. Turned out it didn’t fit, so I was without a back window until Chuck’s trucks could have a correct glass cut. Driving with the window out was great, nice breeze through the cab and even in 90 degree heat it was comfortable to drive.
I’m not going to all the trouble this guy went to, but if someone comes up with a kit I’d jump on it.
Cool idea but you already have a cowl vent and vent windows. You ever get an angry wasp in the cab? Been there done that, I don't turn door vents around anymore. Cowl vent has a screen for a reason.
I dont remember if the old Ford vans had them or not but the 60's Dodge vans had side & rear glass that popped out at the bottom.
If you could see how they were done it may not be that hard to make it so on your truck.

I remember in the late 90's the MidFifty catalog sold a rear window with a sliding window. I don't know if anyone sells them anymore. I know a guy that had one on his small window 56.
It is difficult enough to get the original fixed windshield rain tight on my 49, think about getting the swing out windshield rain tight without modifying the cab! Ok for those dwelling in the desert.
