Thanks, David. I've had a blast with it. Can't wait to get that engine in the truck, and the next one on the run stand.

T & I dream about a stripped down OBS chassis & partial cab with EFI tank & various harness/electrical connections to test pieces/parts/engines/trans & rears.

But that would take a place to keep it.

Shoot, build a test stand. It'll be a hell of a lot more convenient, and storable than an entire chassis. It wasn't difficult to build. In fact, it was a quite enjoyable project. I built it large enough so I can pretty much put any engine on it, from a 4 cylinder (never), to a 5.9 L Cummins. Everything is easily removable, down to the frame. Can add any bellhousing or transmission, electronics, ignition, fuel pump, or fuel tank. You can add receiver pockets all over it, so you can attach all the electronics, or even an entire dash if you need. I don't need all that stuff. Hell, I can't even spell OBS. I think the thing to do for modern electro-complicated engines, would be to have a fuel cell with an in tank pump, or two in tank pumps, that can be pressure regulated. One for Carburetors, and one for EFI (did I spell that correctly?)
