No crank no start

No crank no start
I have a 1997 Ford F250 7.3l Powerstroke, my truck has no crank no start, I have new batteries , new battery cables, new starter, new start solenoid, glow plug solenoid, and ignition switch. I turn my key everything is normal and hear my after market fuel system turn on and turn the key more and nothing. If I tap the starter solenoid it starts.
anyone have any ideas on what it could be or if there is a common problem with that?
