I own a 95 f350 dully and wanted to lift it just a little, not a lot just a little. like always the rear sits 2 inches higher than the front. I want it to sit level when i lift it. Could I install a 2 inch lift kit on the rear and a 4 inch kit on the front?
How big are the factory lift blocks on the back ? Mine are 4 " from the factory . .I had new springs built for the front and they added 2" to them when they made them .
mine is rwd. but i was also considering simply leveling the truck. i would like a suspension leveling kit but am having trouble finding one for my truck
There are none. There have been some guys in the past that did it. If you do a search you prob can find some old posts of how they did it. You won't find any commercial kits as the twin I beam when lifted much really affects camber adversely.
Not sure if this helps but I added a leveling kit on my 87 IDI f250 2wd with a TIB front suspension. They looked like hockey pucks roughly 2,1\2" thick. They sat below the spring. I then had to add adjustment camber bushings so the alignment can be true. The truck looked better but im sure the suspension didnt appreciate it. Not sure if your truck has the Twin I Beam suspension?
I'm wondering if the bracketry for the F150 is the same as the F250-350 because if they are I would buy a kit just for the brackets just so I can align my truck (currently running 2" front and 4" rear and camber can't be dialled in even with the dual caster/camber bushings, the upper knuckle hits the I beam and I wouldn't feel comfortable grinding away some material from a vital part of the suspension)

If you are going to lift it with coils , you need to lower the bottom a arm at its mounting points on the truck . .

THere is only so much camber adjustment that can be made with bushings .
