Can't delete my original thread, so editing to a new question.
Is there a steering wheel kit for a 1976 F250 to hook up an OEM steering wheel? I've been going down rabbit holes all night trying to figure things out and while I got some done, now I'm trying to figure out how to go from a new steering wheel back to an OEM wheel and am stuck. Part is I don't know the correct terminology to search, part is I'm just stuck. The part the wheel bolts to has three small bolts and the OEM wheel has two, so that needs to be replaced. The wheel sleep doesn't fit at all on the big, center bolt, so I'm thinking a whole lot needs to be replaced.
Suggestions on what to buy? I'd even be happy if someone could provide the words for what I'm asking about so I could look up the parts to buy myself.
TIA!

Reason: Answered last Q, couldn't seem to delete, but have a new Q.
It sounds like you still have the aftermarket steering wheel adapter on the steering column, if you are looking at 3 bolts. The OEM wheel only mount on the 1 center shaft with one big nut. Post a pic if the current set up you have to confirm.
No Fords used three small bolts to mount a wheel except those someone put an aftermarket kit on, and then it's just an aluminum hub adapter you are seeing. Disconnect the battery. Loosen the center nut, then if the steering wheel is on the three bolts, give it a few jerks, it might pop loose without a puller, but leave the center nut on sos you don't eat it. If it doesn't pop loose, you'll need a puller. The original factory wheel is held on with just the center nut as it does not use an adapter. Those two threaded holes are for use with the puller to remove it.
