does any one know who make the best exaust setups for Rangers 3.0 v6 ext cab, and also if a dual pipe setup made for a 4.0 liter engine will fit the vulcan

Gibson & Flowmaster are popular choices for the 3.0L. You can also try doing a search in this forum, you will find some threads with various opnions posted in them concerning exhaust.
