Would this be on a California emissions truck? If I remember right, the Cali trucks had a buss bar connected to the GP relay, and the wires to each bank were connected to the buss bar separately. Maybe bank 2 is not making good contact.
It may also indicate a failed glow plug on bank two. If current draw for bank two is less than 39 amps, it will set that code. Test glow plugs individually.
