Does anyone know if you can use this on a truck that was already on order?

I received the same offer yesterday. I contacted my dealer (truck on order) and they said as long as the offer is in their system at time of delivery I can get the discount.

 

U should be able to use it. I had a truck on order and received $2500 off ECO 3 weeks before I took delivery and I was able to use mine. But read the fine print mine said any truck purchased or ordered before Oct 30, 2021

 

Yes, you can apply it to a truck you already have on order, and you don't have to wait until delivery. You can "lock in" that savings beforehand. I waited until I could inspect my truck (damaged in shipping) and locked it in one day before the offer expired.

 

Damn, my truck should arrive by weeks end and I’ve already financed it. I think my incentive was for $2k

 

I am sending my email out to any ford site that will listen. Hopefully I'll get the same offer. Ordered 8/24, estimated build week 11/8 now...

 

I got $2K and was happy, until I saw this thread. Greed is such a terrible thing!

I just got a $3,500 PCO. It says you must "Place order or take new retail delivery from an authorized Ford or Lincoln Dealer’s stock by 1*/*3*/2*2." I ordered 6/14, and my dealer says it doesn't qualify because the offer is for orders placed in the 4th quarter. He did infer that if I could take delivery by 1/3/22 it would be applied. At first I asked him to "lock in" the offer having read about that elsewhere, and he said he couldn't lock in "private" offers, only "public" ones. Now I REALLY need them to build my truck and deliver by the end of the year!!!

 

I ordered my 2022 on 5/19/21, received the Ford "reward" email 8/3/21, and my dealer it absolutely could be applied. The offer said you must order or take delivery before a certain date.

 

That's exactly the way I read it, but the dealership has been less than enthusiastic about helping me every step of the way. As we get closer to the 1/3/22 deadline, I'll try to get a more beneficial answer.

 

Did that come in an email to you, or a pop up of some kind?
