The service tech got an error code today when trying to do and update on my Sync that he said he's never seen before.
The error message is:
Procedure Unsuccesful - ParseAndCompareFlashActionApplications
That's the problem. Even their tech assistance hotline doesn't know!!!
Hmmmm, well that sucks even more.
Did the tech try to start from the beginning again?
Any idea how the system is working now since the update interruption occurred?

Did your vehicle say you had a SYNC update or did you check on Owner.Ford.com for an update.
It's an actual Ford dealership! I sent the 15 day Demand for Repair Letter out today by certified mail to Ford. I've owned the truck for 92 days and it's been in the service center for 68 of those days. It broke down on the way home from purchasing the truck.
