Inhibit Remote Start
I just had my FordPass app open and it made me think of a question I’d had a few months back.
What, if anything, do service techs do to prevent remote starting? I’d hate to think they could be working under the hood when a customer hits the remote start on the app or a scheduled start event happens. Or a start when the crankcase is drained for whatever reason. I know the truck will start with the door open, haven’t checked to see if it will with the hood ajar.
