Window run replacement updated part?

Hey all,
I’m trying to replace the passenger side window run and glass on my 05 Exe.

the window run part (CC3Z-2521596-B) replaces three old part numbers and is supposed to fit 08-16 F-250 up and Excursions. The bolts are different but everything seems to line up. It’s going from 4 retaining bolts to two one on the base on each side. I got the front bolt bottom bolt started but the rear bracket and bolt are sitting about an inch low. If anyone has had to do this job on either front window, did you drill a new hole for the back bolt or am I doing something wrong? Hopefully someone here knows.

thanks!

And the answer is the bracket will slide on the felt a little. Sorry. I’ll leave this up in case someone else is curious. I thought the brackets were riveted to the weatherstripping but they aren’t. Sorry.
