Hello All,
I'm not sure if this is the appropriate venue for this question, but I'll post here anyway...Can anyone tell me how to permanently re-attach the window regulator slider to the bottom of the window?

Hey there J! There must be 2 to 3 bolts that either clamp the window in place, or that the window has notches or holes in them for the bolts to go through to the nuts. There were/are plastic spacers that need to be between the glass and the hardware. I don't know what rig you have. Usually the slider is rivited to the regulator. If they have broken off, you can use stubby type screws and nuts to re-attach them properly.
Try that out to see if it works.
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE HARDWARE!.... You'll shatter the window. A couple ponds of torque is all thats needed.
