Spun a bearing. how many miles ?
It's usually from not shaving the bearings with a new cam. but poor oiling on a worn engine can cause it too.

There are several ways to fix it but normally you toss the block. it's just a matter of the block value vs the repair cost.

I see the hole for it, but where is the bearing?

It's gone. the cam was running against the block.

Air gapped.
Betting oil pressure sucked.
Either the bearing fell out in the hot tank or it was never there ... my guess.

Hard to say without more information. I've seen new cam bearings spun because the bearings weren't worked for clearance. it could have several thousand miles on it before it got to this point even if the bearing seized early on.
I always scrape the bearings where needed then with oil on the bearings I run the cam with a drill until I can move it easy with 2 fingers on the bolt.

One of the engines I had to rebuild spit out a cam bearing. The cam never touched the block though as it was supported by the other bearings.
If your block will still hold the bearing tight, I'd run it. Like 440 stated - you'll want to check the cam for easy rotation.
