This week on Long McArthur livestream on YT, the subject was "What does Priority 2 Mean?". It is a long livestream so it is at about 39:30.
Tim Bartz livestreamed for over 2 hours about all things FORD. But early he talked about production dates for the different models. At 17:45 he said that SD is scheduling for the weeks of 9/19 and 9/26 this week. And later he talked about the production numbers for November so at 53 minutes, he said that SD was going to produce 28,000 and it is "build-out". Obviously finishing the 2022 model year.
While he talks about all models, there is a lot of information that is general to FORD but still pertains to SD orders like the priority 2 issue. For those that are interested in learning in depth, he is a great resource.
Whatever he says is BS anyway. The priority code does some, but not as important as he and others make it out to be. There have been plenty of examples of priority 2 trucks sitting for months without being touched.

I put the information out there so others may learn from someone from FORD what things are and why things are. Many people here complain that there is no information as to why things happen It is up to each person to believe it or not. As to why a priority 2 did not get scheduled, he talks openly as to why this may happen. It gets a priority look ahead of others from that dealership, but that dealership must have allocation, and the order may not be selected due to constraints on that order.
COVP Program. For those that have a 2022 Super Duty ordered and not scheduled. If the Mavericks/Bronco are any indication, if you do not have an approved COVP order, that order will not be rolled over for 2023. For those that have a confirmed COVP order, they will get a Special Offer for the difference of what price you ordered, and what a 2023 order costs. You will get an opportunity to change the details of your 2023 order (as order guide details can change), and your date of order will be the first day of orders (to give you priority over all new orders). They have not announced this for the SD but for other models this is what has been happening. So those that have 2022 orders for SD, make sure that you have a confirmed COVP order...it is very important for a roll over if they allow it.
