Brake line brackets

Brake line brackets
Getting ready to replace the crusty brake lines and was looking at the brackets where they go from hard line to flex line. Cant seem to find them. Has any of you replaced these brackets.

I made mine out of a piece of scrape aluminum.they are just a piece metal in a L shape with 2 holes.
figured I’d pick up some fresh ones in the recycle yard but ended up liking mine better so 10 years later they are still on.

Are the threaded fittings and clips available not able to find them
