What would be considered "A LOT" of idling time? I'm no bucket truck operator but I live in Texas and I remote start my truck if it's been sitting more than an hour or so. We're taking 3-7 minutes of idling time but this might take place multiple times per day.

I'd like to think this isn't going to kill my DPF?

A bucket truck would probably see 5 or more hours a day of idling.

While you're in the bucket, is it idling or are the RPM's up a bit while you're working? Idling is bad, idling up isn't fantastic but shouldn't be completely terrible for the truck.

No, extended idle time, like a half hour or more at a time.
And, no matter how much you idle it, it is best to get it out on the highway for extended runs as often as possible, helps keep it cleaned out.
Puttering around town for nothing but short trips is the next thing down the list of unhealthy for the dpf.

(don't forget to increase your oil change intervals, since mileage is not correlating to actual use. If you haven't done that, maybe you're better off moving to a new truck.)

Yup, with that much idle time, you should be doing car like 3000-5000 miles oil changes.

Here is an option? I have no clue about them other than the quick read I just did on this product.

Its a high idle to operate the pto. The engine can be remote started and stopped as needed. I never left the truck idling unless I had to run the hydraulics and never had an issue.

We get our work trucks cleaned about every 100,000 but it gets shorter after each cleaning until it has to be replaced. Idling and city driving are the worst for it.

These are mostly city used 5tons with dpf on them. Not overly loaded but never leave the city. But the DPF cleaning does work well. City buses have the same problem here.
