Squeaky steering

Squeaks with any movement of the steering wheel. Power steering fluid level good. Bushings look good. Is there something I can grease? What is this squeak?

Where is the squeak coming from... Steering wheel? Wheel/Tire area? Engine?

Lots of things can cause a squeak. If you want to locate the cause, get under the truck and start inspecting all rubber components in the front end PLUS the body mount bushings.

"Squeaks with any movement of the steering wheel." This screams ball joints. Unless this squeak is actually a whine from the power steering pump, which would be air trapped in the system or failing pump since OP says it's full. Suspension wouldn't likely squeak from every input of steering, tie rods don't typically squeak because they don't support any load. Ball joints support the entire weight of the front half of the vehicle and pivot during any steering input. Just sayin.

Do you have grease fittings? I think I'd jack the front off the ground and see what happens. If it stops then I'd go with ball joints.
