Thank you

I did not realize that we were not able to put the E mail addresses in.
I do understand why and feel thankful that someone is taking care of users like me that do not understand what other people are able to do if they get our E mail addresses.

Thank you again.

Greetings. I understand, agree and commend the admin for due diligence. I am interested thought that my email was removed from a Personal Message. I did not think a PM was open and public . . .

And the reason for me adding my email to a PM was because there seemed to be no “reply” button / capability – only send, receive and delete. Did I miss something?

Use the "Quote". It works the same as reply.

The PM edit function uses the same software routine that the post edit function does so the filter for email addresses also "works" in it to. It is unavoidable at the moment but Ken is working on it. The best way to pass an email address is still thru email. Just enable email for your accounts. PM has limited functionality.

I really appreciate the due dilligence of the mods for removing the e-mails. I'v never heard of such bots, It amazes me how far some people will go to sell something. I'm careful who i give my e-mail to and if its a web site i check their privacy policy before they get it. I have yet to have a problem with spam. Mabye because this is where i spend 90% of my internet time how great the Mods are.

[QUOTE=The Weezle]I cant spell ever consider including spell check who knows what I might mispell.

On a side note i second Weezle's vote I'm a terrible speller toand think a spell check would be very handy, But if it was possible it would probably be here already. Keep up the good work!!

check out www.iespell.com/download.php they have a free checker that will add to your right click functions. Works great.

Put wrong link in first time, this one will work.

I see more of a need of a grammar checker, spelling is one thing. When you have words like to and too, it's easy to mix them up, this would help.
