I second Jason's hypothesis. The fuel inlet is low on the drivers side of the bowl, the return/pressure regulator is above it where the little housing is held on w/ 2 screws. If it has a bad spring or trash preventing it from closing then you'd have little to no pressure unless you capped it off with say a pressure gauge.
ok i replaced the housing and spring. With the key on just a small stream of fuel is coming out . It sounds like it's under pressure coming out. That's what I went right? If so that didn't fix it.
Need a scanner of some sorts to read hpop psi and ipr% so you have something to go on. Doesn't sound like it setting any fuel. Which can be due the problem in the hpop system as well.

I have the forscan reader. Tomorrow I will check that. I agree the fuel isn’t getting to where it needs to. I get no white smoke.. is the hpop replacement a big job?

No it's not bad. But don't chalk it up to a bad hpop yet. Need to read the info first to diagnose it. Could very well possible be a bad ipr. There another common problem with them. But got to see what the computers reading first before firing the parts cannon at it.
I replaced the fuel regulator spring and housing. That didn't fix it. I just bought 2 new batteries just so I could fs rule that out.

Another quick easy way to check and see if it has any kind of fuel pressure is just crack the drain open right when you switch key on. If it just runs out it ain't go any pressure. If it sprays out and makes a mess on the ground then it should have enough pressure to atleast start. That's what I always do first for the quickest check without a gauge.

My ipr% is 14.8 with key on. 31% cranking. Is that good?
Idk how to check my hpop on forscan app. Nothing named hpop or high pressure.

Oh it shoots out with really good pressure. I believe something is stopping the fuel from getting to the injectiors and it's not fuel pressure. I unplugged the oil pressure sensor on the head. Im thinking maybe hpop.
If it started and ran fine while the fuel pressure return was blocked with the gauge then your issues should not be related to HPOP. That would point to low fuel pressure due to the FPR.
Please see my questions above if you missed that post.
If nothing else I would at least confirm your test over and see if it starts up and runs again like before. But first I’d do the fuel pressure test a different way like the one linked above.
Edit: your post above came in while I was typing. So it does spray out hard when cracking the fuel bowl drain? Hmmm. Strange indeed.
Hpop is working right. Got plenty of pressure to start it. Do a buzz test on forscan. It's under self test. KOEO injector test or something like that it called.

When I had it dead headed it ran for a 1 min. I wouldn't say fine it ran like 2 coil packs off a v8 then just sputtered out. And it didn't start back up like that.

Buzz test is why I got the app. They all buzzed strong and even.
would you say the pcm is good since the buzz test went good?
I already replaced the injector computer. I really don't want to replace a good pcm but I'm running out of options.
