Although, it sounds like this could all be a tuning issue. Have you checked your CP4 to make sure its not on its way out?

I started a new thread about checking on the cp4, I’ll probably end up taking it to a mechanic to get that checked out. Not super mechanical here.
But I did order an oem motorcraft sensor that should be here soon. Hopefully that will do me better.
Thank you, I’m going to take the intake off tomorrow and check the screen on the high pressure fuel pump just to be extra sure there are no metal shavings circulating.
I made a reply on the other post about the “Disaster Prevention Kit” about the specific psi numbers I got when testing the fuel rail pressure. They were off a little, but not much compared to the amount of psi.

review the videos on how to install the DPK kit and note the cleaning procedures of the intake valley. If you don’t clean the area around the metering valve, you run the risk of debris entering the path to your injectors.

THIS IS CRUCIAL! Ive seen this happen before. Have a syringe onhand and if you remove the metering valve and see ANY dirt/dust that fell in the fuel bowl on the top side of the CP4, GET IT OUT. Otherwise you WILL be replacing everything.
