If I am not mistaken, this has come up before where some folks weren't able to see their DEF levels on the app. Must have just been some sort of glitch that only affected some users... maybe give it a day or 2... or more and check them again? Also, weren't some trucks produced for a moment missing a chip or something, which resulted in some things not showing up in the FP app? I dunno... it's hard to keep up with things now! lol... But, the 22's should show the DEF levels... assuming it's a diesel!
It’s worked for me on Apple iPhone 11 Pro, 13 Pro, 13 Mini, and various (non Pro) iPads from over the years. I always update my phones and iPads as soon as updates are available, and the apps are set to update on their own.
This is an Android screen shot - you can tell by the 3 symbols at the bottom of the screen and ChadStickPoindexter posted his screenshot of an iOS. So it may not be the Android / iOS difference.

I searched the forum but didn't find any other threads where the DEF level wasn't showing up in the app but that doesn't mean I used the correct search terms.....
My truck was built December 21 and I took delivery January 22. The DEF level has never been on my app and I didn't even know it was missing until I read about it. You know how that goes - you don't know to look for something that you don't know exists.
Spoke to a coworker after I posted. He picked up his 2022 in November and said he had the DEF on his app but it did not work (Lariat, iPhone). He said the option is no longer on his app.
just for the heck of it I downloaded the app onto my android galaxy tablet and it did not appear. So for me it does not work on iPhone13 nor Galaxy tablet with my Lariat.
This almost reminds me of those that had the trailer towing navigation feature that does not work vs those who never had it.
IOS 15.6.1 App version 4.19.0
Android 11 app version 4.18.0
Shows up on mine. I have a 2020 build date of July 2020. I have the original Sync3 version- I have never updated it. The FordPass app pretty much forces me to update the Android APP in order to continues using it.
