Piston fell off the table...eek!

All,
I'm doing a rebuild of my 460, and in the process, two of the pistons fell off my prep table. There are no cracks or anything like that, but there are two "dings" along the crown of the pistons. I could easily hit these with a file and they would be gone, but I wanted to check with the big-beards/wizards here to see if perhaps this is inviting disaster. (ie; The surface of the piston is face hardened/specially heat treated, etc.) These are stock type replacement pistons. This is NOT a race engine. It's going to get a mild cam, and an EFI upgrade. (less than 400HP).

I'm hoping it's ok to file down the blemish and "Send it".

Thanks in advance!

It should be fine. I would double check the size of the skirts just to make sure that they didn't get collapsed when they hit the floor.
