I had a 2020 SCLB 6.7L STX w/397 amp alternators. Build date 10/30/19. I remember it happening maybe three times in the time that I owned it. It had 19,000 miles when I sold it 12/10/21.
Ordered a 2020 SCLB 6.7L Lariat w/397 amp alternators on 12/10/21 and built 4/6/22. No issues with sleeping as of 18,700 miles. I usually commute 104 miles 4 to 5 times/week, but switched to driving my 1997 GMC Suburban due to $2/gallon difference at the same mpg. Now driving the Superduty once per week.

Sooooo glad I bought the 7.3L Godzilla (15 mpg average). As my F-250 is my daily. Nothing to fall back on.
My area:
$2.95 for Shell unleaded 87 octane.
$4.59 for Shell diesel
Ok all, I took my truck into the Dealership last week and they pushed SW SSM51140 to my BCM. I use a tune from 5 Star and I removed that first. After I got the truck back, I had TPMS alarms on all 4 tires and the door locks went into autolock mode. UGH. So, I plugged in Forscan and noticed both TPMS settings (front-45. rear-50) was set back to factory 70/80. So, I adjusted those and disabled the autolock for the doors. I took the truck out and drove it a couple blocks and the TPMS alarms cleared and the autolocks are now disabled. The best part is, Ford Pass now works fine and the truck does not go into deep sleep mode an hour after I park the truck. Please note, I had to tell the service writer what SW needed to be pushed. They acted like they never heard of it. It is a small town dealership. Hope this helps.
