Cold No Start
I have a 2004.5 f350 6.0 powerstroke. I just replaced the head gaskets, stand pipes, dummy plugs, IPR, and ICP sensor. The truck will not start now. When I connect my scanner it says that I have 48.5 Volts at the FICM, there is sync, but the IPR is at 85% while cranking and the ICP is only reading 60 psi and the voltage at the icp sensor is only 0.3 Volts. The guage in the truck says that I am building low pressure oil pressure.
Does this mean that I have a HPO leak or that the HPOP is bad? It there a way I can check the problem without having to pull everything back off?
Thanks

The test is to buy an adaptor for the IPR valve (there are adaptors for the ICP sensor, but them you have to electrically close the IRP), apply 125-150psi of air t the system and listen for leaks with the valve covers off.
You can Google search for this procedure, there are threads on this forum and just about all other 6.0L related forums going on almost every week.
