I saw Bob a decade ago. He looked the same. I’ll bet he still has that sweet ‘40 Deluxe Coupe.
*Edit* I was working San Fernando valley a couple of years ago and heard Kenny was working for Arnold at Mustangs Etc.

He brought that car with him when he moved west from Connecticut.

I don't know Kenny Burke. I worked at Walker-Buerge twice, for a few months in 1967 and 1975/77.

When Jerry Jacques wanted his son Ron to work the back counter, to gain more experience, Gene wanted me to move to the front.

I told Gene I didn't have the right personality to work the front counter. When I got a call from the P/M at Coberly, I gave Gene notice.
I had a friend that I knew since I was 10 years old that was a front end guy at Buerge named Keith Atkins. He’s retired now.

Keith worked at Stockton Quincy (as I did), when Quincy merged with W/B (Oct or Nov 1967), he moved to Reno, worked at Jones-West.

At some point, he moved back to CA and went to work at W/B .. He's tall, but I'm taller.
