You guys complaining about $5-$6 gas need to move somewhere else or sell the gas guzzler - sounds like the price of gas is too damn high where you live! It's less than $3 some places.
Also - 2-2.5 years ago was a demand crash due to pandemic shutdown of the worldwide economy, so if you expect those prices to come back you will be surely, and sorely, disappointed for all eternity. Do you think we just forgot about that????
So you say "You guys complaining about $5-$6 gas need to move somewhere else or sell the gas guzzler" in a Ford Truck/Slide in Truck camper forum????? Also my Truck doesn't take gas it requires diesel. Time to move on Troll, Get in your EV and drive to the beach and have some cheese and wine.
I'm just saying you can whine and complain on the internet all you want, or you could actually do something about it. Your choice, personal responsibility and all that.
I have moved on, sold the truck and camper for a nice profit. Chose not to buy a diesel because the value isn't there, and diesel is just too expensive and has been for some time. I should delete my account here, too much whining for my tastes. No beaches nearby, I don't eat cheese, and I don't have an EV yet but thanks for the advice. You should have some cheese with your whine as well!

Congrats on the sale of the truck and camper! For some the need for a diesel is necessary or for me personally it's a luxury I can afford and the results of personal responsibility like making good decisions in life to position my family for financial success. Lastly, I'm thankful for the varied opinions and thoughts of the members of this forum. Gleaned much information from those with vast amounts of truck camper knowledge. Having compassion and respect for everyone goes a long way. I'll purchase an EV when the range is 500-600 miles which is no time soon out here in the West.

So why are you here? I mean you no longer have real world experience, just once upon a time experience. You've moved on you say, yet you still stir the pot here with your "go Biden" remark. I mean no disrespect, but congratulations on moving on. However every post I read from you brags about selling the diesel and the camper yet I sit back and ask why are you telling us this? I mean this is a Ford truck forum about campers and you don't have either
Good question, only sold it at the end of August so my experience is pretty recent. Thanks Biden remark was only in response to poster eryoung's "Lets Go Brandon!" remark a few posts above. People like to blame the president for high prices but then give him zero credit when prices come down.
I'm just reminding people who complain that gas/diesel is too expensive where they live that they have other options, including selling the thing that is costing them so much money to fill up. But I guess they'd rather complain on the internet than do something about it.
Just tried to delete my account and wasn't able to find a way to do that. If you know how let me know and I'll do it.
You should look at our strategic reserve quantities. Injecting our stockpile into the supply and depleting it was a "strategic" move by Brandon so I guess he is responsible for lower prices in a way. The wrong way. The crippling our national defense way.
