Fuel prices up....

Looks like the ride is over, at least for now as today`s gas price is up to 83.9 from 73.9 on Tuesday. Back up to $1 + a litre soon?
Thankfully Flying J diesel is still at 82.9.

I got gas this morning at 74.5 cents per liter for regular gas at the Coop. I figured I better get gas as soon as possible as I read in Bourque news that gas was going up quickly. I bet by this afternoon prices will be up.

Once the price goes up it`s too late to start filling storage tanks, sometimes the price goes up and sometimes it drops.
Diesel may not be far behind in going up but I hope not......

Coop told us a few times they are a week behind when it comes to raising or lowering the prices.

I maybe wrong but seems that the Coop stations on 8th Street are the last to drop prices and the first to raise. On the whole 8th Street is like that though. Sutherland area, except for the Coop, is the first to drop prices and last to raise.

Sorry I should have mentioned bulk prices/dealer, not the regular gas stations!! Thats what the coop on circle and C told me anyways!

Talking Never fear it was but the Dead Cat Bounce.

As was stated Oil dropped almost 6 bucks today and the trend is still down so I think we will indeed see gas prices drop again and stay below a dollar or even .75cents for the next 9 to 18 months quite possibly hitting .50cents for a blink of the eye.

Of course if the middle east kids can't play nice together and a big street brawl breaks out then all bets will be off, but I think the Obama kid should keep those two gangs in check.

Rick.
