2016 AC not blowing cold
Hello. I am new to this forum. I am looking for some guidance. I have a 2016 F-350 6.7l that isn't blowing as cold as it should (58 degrees(my work truck is 38)). I took it to a shop and they said that the AC is working properly. They even evacuated the refrigerant and charged with new. Should I go through the hassle to remove the dash and clean the evaporator? Or should i look at something else first? Any help is much appreciated.

Gap issues usually manifest as either clutch non-engagement or the clutch slips. An excessive gap won't cause an "Insufficient cooling" symptom.
OP's issue might be a temperature blend door issue or it might be a refrigeration system issue or it might be a problem with the system's electronic controls. Without data, it's pretty much impossible to diagnose remotely.
