You on't mention if it's 2wd or 4x4, so here's the part numbers for both sides ( engine & frame) : 2wd is C3TZ 7507-C for frame side, C1TT7A572-E (223 CID)engine side. 4wd is C1TT 7507-A, frame side and C1TT 7A572-J, engine side. You can try many of the NOS suppliers out there or try www.partsvoice.com and use the parts finder there. Use your zip code as a password. it will list anyone on thier list who shows it in stock. It lists phone numbers to call also. I use it all the time.

I listed NOS part numbers in the above reply. If you're looking for used, they fit between 1961 and 1964, which was the last year for those engines.

If your truck is 4wd, I've located both pieces( frame side and engine side. E-mail me at clussy38@aol.com and I can email back with location and phone numbers to call.

As luck goes, mine is 2WD. I really appreciate your efforts. Thanks for the part #'s, by the way.
