Any use the EXP or MTZ before looking at those.

I’m on my second set of Mickey Thompson ATZ/Baja boss a/t’s… I think they’ve been aggressive enough, granted in 37x12.5. Very happy with on road performance and off.

first pic is of prior generation ATZ p3’s. Second pic is of the Baja Boss A/T that replaced the p3’s in the lineup.

38x15.50x20s MTZ legends vs toyo 37x13.50r20s. Nice aggressive tire. Just can't get them to balance well. Have a slight vibration. Getting a road force balance done next week to rule stuff out. F250 6.2

MT MTZs are the best mud tire I have ever used. I have only used them on a jeep, but what a great tire as far as off-road performance goes.

I had them... The 300-318 ones. Fit fine.
Guy from the place who makes them said they only account for about 10oz of weight per wheel. One tire took 30oz of weight. I'm sure I got a bad tire bit playing the try all issues Ave with the people I got them from first..
I tired them and had to difference is what I'm saying. Think it's the tires in general. Only thing I could think of.. My dry roted toyo 37s ran super smooth. The same day before swap.

running big tires comes with some downsides.

I have the shop balance them as best they can, flag the best two to go on the front, and then use the centramatics ontop of that. I’m not an advocate of pulling weights with these… more in favor of the belt and suspenders approach.

Cheers!

I totally agree and approached it the same way you did..
I worry more when it comes time to rotate these things... I have the worst on the back now.
It's more of an annoyince on the high way above 60.
I do understand there is gonna be a compromise at some point and Im probably on the verge now.

I do love the comments, and suggestions though.
Please, keep them coming!!
