I got my 285/75/16 Kelly Safari TSR's mounted and took the old girl out for a nice trail run. Need less to say i was more than impressed! Cleared mud excellent and had awesome traction on the loose gravel, slick rock, loos dirt, sand, and most importantly snow & ice.
Nice looking photos of your Ex running off road. It looks like you had a great day out there. Hope the new rubber lives up to your expectations. Motor safe.
Looks great! I put Kelly, 275/70/18 TSRs on my truck friday and put 1,000 miles on them, in the snow and on pavement and so far i like them so much more then my old duratracs! And they have a 50,000 mile guarentee
looks great! and like alot of fun! you planing on repairing the left rear fender flare?
Eventually, I'm at school right now but when i get back home I'll take it to my body shop. Any recommendations on how to go about this insurance wise? The bottom of the quarter panel is bent up in additions to the fender flare bring destroyed.
either pay out of pocket or claim it on your comprehensive(sp) the latter could raise your rates possibly. if i remeber it was from a tire blowout right? so idk what coverage you have or how they would classify that..."act of god"? tire malfunction? idk.
Looks like FUN! Great info on the tires, I'm debating between the Safari TSRs and Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armours, which I have now, but the Kellys are a lot cheaper. Good to hear real world experiences, thanks

The TSRs run circles around the silent armours in tractions. And ppl are saying they last just as long if you rotate em etc
