P1247 and boost pressure.
I've been working through the codes on my stock (as far as I know) e99 f250 with 7.3. I got all my codes resolved and the truck is running good but then I got code p1247 low boost pressure. I bought a boost guage and at normal driving (60mph no load) I sir at about 5psi. When I floor it I can make up to 15-17psi. This seems normal for a stock truck. I replaced up pipes, manifolds and re-sealed/new wheel for the turbo. All connections are tight. So is my MAP sensor bad? I cant find any leaks so that's all that's left right? I'm new to diesels so thank you for all the help.
