Turbo Boost Low Pressure

I got a 1999 Powerstroke 350 and I pulled these codes out when reprogrammed my truck. The Codes are Turbo Boost Low Pressure and Exhaust Back Pressure Sensor Malfuction. Does anyone know what I should do about these codes? Or what I need to replace?

The back pressure code is usually because the sensor and tube are clogged.

The low boost means the PCM is seeing lower than expected boost, could be boost leak MAP wiring, MAP sensor or MAP fooler device.
