Question Boost gone wild?????

Still trying to figure out what the heck is happening with the boost pressure!!! My numbers are still running about 11 psi hauling 7.5 ton doing 75 up hills and for the most part is steady in those numbers. However today I was pulling a hill and the boost guage buried itself as it will do on occasion and I backed off the pedal and for the remainder of the hill I had quick response in boost climb well over what I am used to seeing. Got to the top of the hill and had to stop and that was the end of the higher boost numbers!!!??? Maybe after the SES goes off??? took off from the stop and it was back to usual. :-( Checked my intercooler and boots today for leakes and did'nt find or hear one leak!! I have the red line disconnected from the actuator and there are no cracks or leakes in the hose to the MAP sensor. WHAT THE HECK AM I MISSING!!! The codes that came up this time where: boost pressure A circuit High. Fuel pressure pressure < or > disired. Any thoughts on this one???

bad gauge....when you hit the max of 11 psi does it seem to have less or the same amount of power as when it buries the gauge?

It deffinately has more power when that needle hits the bottom.(bost gauge only goes up to 20 psi for a reading) One weekend I could not even get it above 6 psi and I was feeling it!!! I honestly wish it was only a bad guage!!!
