Does anybody know of a resource to look up the dimensions of drop brackets for various lift heights? Specifically the radius arm drop brackets and axle pivot brackets.
Why I'm asking: My truck is lifted I think about 4" (installed by P.O.), I'm interested in lowering the front end slightly so that it has a little bit of rake because I use the truck for hauling stuff and I'm tired of the back end slouching down. I'm trying to determine if I can leave the drop brackets in there and go with like 2.5" lift springs in the front, or if I'll need to replace all the brackets.
Edit: I've got a '95 F150 4x4 5.8L

Reason: added my make/model
So you have radius arm and axle pivot drop brackets? Do you had lift springs or blocks on the rear? Are they any markings/ part numbers on the lift parts to help identify who made the kit? I’m not sure if you are allowed with so few posts but if so would you post a few pictures? Someone might be able to identify the manufacturer.
If you run the 4" brackets (you can measure the vertical change in position of the passenger side axle beam pivot to ID) with shorter springs, you'll end up with less clearance under the axle center and a high degree correction bushing on the upper ball joint to get camber in spec (can be hard on ball joints). I wouldn't recommend it. You can buy 2.5" drop brackets for the beam pivots.
I don't know about the radius arm drop brackets, if there's a smaller one available.

yeah, there are lift blocks in the back. I attached some pictures…. There’s no branding or part numbers that I can make out since everything is covered by the undercoating.
Hopefully this helps. The vertical height difference between where the beam pivot is now (bottom hole) vs stock (top hole) will tell you which size brackets you're currently running. What is the distance between the dotted lines (dimension "X")?
Looks like 2.5" brackets to me. But measure to be sure.
