I have an E-350 and finally located what must be the drain tube for the filter/water separator, where's the petcock for it? The tube enters the 'V' and disappears, the van is not workman friendly, is there some special doodad that I can't see or is it an ordinary petcock/valve thing?
I've read thru all the shop manuals and don't a valve, plenty of advice on how to catch the goo and to shut it off when it's clear liquid, just nothing about where to shut it off at.
thanks, Oj
Okeydokey, I found it and after tugging, prodding, pushing I finally pushed it in the right way so it rotated from 6 oclock to 9 oclock but nothing has dribbled out the tube. Shouldn't I have seen something?

it is a mechanical fuel pump, no fuel fuel pressure to drain unless the engine is running.
When you get it finished, run some power service thru your fuel system, it will clean up the fuel system and injectors. read the label on how much to add to a full tank. this from an old retired truck driver who has driven trucks for over 40 years.

Great additive. I experienced quicker starts, smoother idling and 1-2 more mpg on highway.
