Drain water separator light

My 2010 6.4 F250 drain water separator like came on twice in 2 days but when I open the valve it only drips slowly is something wrong with the valve itself?

it should drain pretty fast if the drain is working correctly

When was the filter last changed? Could be a lot of junk in it.
