Transfer Case Mount

I just got the kit for my NP205 transfer case to mount it to the frame and I just want to confirm the order that the bushings and washers go in before I install it.

Secondly, I can not for the life of me get the bolt out of the old mount. Is there a trick to getting it out?

Will the old bushing come off? Maybe cut it off?

Looks like the sleeve is froze on the bolt. Easiest to cut the head off the bolt and get another bolt and nut.

I had to cut the lower half off already, was just suprised with how firmly that bolt is in there. I'll try cutting off the other bushing.

Wow these look like they could work for the power assist ram bushings that I have been trying to avoid paying $90 for.

Those bushings wouldn’t happen to be 1-1/2 to 2” diameter, would they?
