An hour for bleeding and an hour for diff fluid plus cure time for diff cover sealant. Those sound like standard jobs rather than hourly rate jobs though.

Unfortunately that doesn't take into account the condition of current parts---could be more that one or two seized from age; rust, corrosion etc etc. In a perfect world that might be true but since OP doesn't mention the year or mileage of this E-350 so any time estimates might not be accurate.
Depending what's required to loosen the brake bleeder screws this could turn into quite a time consuming task. The differential cover/fluid R&R might be simple and straight forward but issues might arise there too.
Usually an hourly rate at a discount menu price scale
They will pay the tech 2 hours but not charge you 220
More like 140 plus parts
Unless you are getting hosed or in Vegas baby
When they are real busy the price goes up

I meant and hour each as a question. I forgot the ?
I figure a standard brake bleed job costs X, brake fluid included, and a standard diff fluid job costs Y plus actual gear oil used. We’ll call you if there are problems. vs let’s see first if we can even do it then throw a number at you. Maybe it’s former for west coast, latter for northeast.
In your case, I’m guessing there are inclusive pre-calculated rates for windshield or side window for a 2016 Focus. Exception when the glass broke because a tree limb fell on the roof
But point taken that OP’s question needs more information.
They don't pay anything extra for rust
If you have stuck bleed screws you might upsell some calipers or a bit of extra time
If it was a 72 bronco you would start with more time
wwwheaty did not say what year his E350 dually is but flat rate is what it is
