Replacing outside mirrors
My passenger side mirror was damaged, so I am looking at replacements. My 2017 F350 Lariat came with the power telescoping mirrors with BLIS, but w/o cameras. Ford parts is suggesting I get this part (https://parts.ford.com/shop/en/us/bo...443053-1?pdp=y) as the replacement when I punch in my VIN, which comes with a backup camera. I'm running Sync 3.4. Will the new camera work? Or is the wiring harness different still for camera vs no camera models?

Not sure about an answer to your question, but you should also check out 1A Auto. They are aftermarket, but unless you're real picky about having OEM, the mirrors are just fine. And a heck of a lot cheaper. They have great customer service also.

Can you reuse your camera?
I bought some recently from boost (to go on a base xl work f150) and they have the popout cover for the camera system.
If they offer an auto folding put your cap and camera on it. You can also get new chrome caps from rocky ridge, maybe the whole mirror. In 2019 sometime on the f150 they moved the thermometer to the passenger mirror so check for that.
