1988 A/C components
Hi guys I have a 1988 2wd F-150 XLT-Lariat with a 302. I’m trying to figure out what all hose I will need to complete my air conditioning system. The guy before me put new A/C parts on the truck but never put any hoses on. Everything is capped off. Been having a hard time finding decent diagrams for my truck exactly. Just trying to figure out what all I need. Thank you in advance.

If all of the hardware is really there, and it is at all similar to my 93 (r12) system, you will need a hose from the pump to the evaporator black plastic box at the fire wall on the passenger side, a shorter hose from the collector(I think it is called) to the condenser (in front of the Radiator) and then from the driver's side of the condenser back to the pump.
