Have any of you guys had interference with the window track and the lock lever? Mine is rubbing...
It looks like the track is not lined up with the upper portion of the door, and that it may need shimmedback away from the side of the door where the upper bolt holds the track in place. Is the window seal/felt, that extends around the window and down into the door all the same width?
The original installation has the latch attached to the outside skin of the door not flush fit. So it changes the clearance with the channel just enough to rub.
My drivers side interfers slightly with the panel bolted on. It was not enough to cause an issue so I just let it go. I chalked it up to poor tolerances from the factory on where the chanel was since its one door and not both.
Could the rail be curved? Mine looks very similar when I take pictures from below. You would think it is touching, but when I reach up in the door to the latch area I can feel there is about one eight of an inch gap.
