Since this is my first dually and first FW I appreciate the wisdom of an experienced DRW owner. My new Michelins are now set at 65 psi . I pull a 11K 5th wheel with about 2800lbs of pin weight and have a 90 gal aux fuel tank. I also installed a TST 507 TPMS on all 10 tires. Trailer tires at 80 psi and truck at 65 psi.

Ive always used Centramatics on my F450 DRW. I've tried tire beads, but depending on what lube they use to mount the tire..well they can stick to the lube and bounce you to death. A GOOD tire shop wouldn't use grease, but some still do. All tires have a weight rating, If your close to the max, then max pressure is needed. If your running around empty you can go 15-20lbs less, depending on the size and tire rating, IE G or F rated which has to do with sidewall strength. To try to tell you 65 or 80, we would need to know the size 16, 6.5, 17, 18 or 20, your weight and the load rating of the tires..

So far I've never had a problem with beads clumping but the ones I've mounted and the one mounted at a shop use any lubricant sparingly and it's water based not petroleum based. The ones I've seen dismounted had no clumping at all in fact one I reused the beads on the replacement tire. If a tire shop is getting any lubricant inside of the tire I would go elsewhere and I think they are more careful if they know beads are being used.

Here is some numbers showing the 65psi rating on my truck.
245/75/17 tires rated at 2910# when used DRW. Rear axle rating 9650#. Total of 4 tires 11649#
Axle rating is 83% of max tire rating 65# is 82% of the 80# max tire rating.
