My 2017 has a 2.5" level, Im not liking the squat look as soon as any weight is added to it, so I want to add a 2" to the rear but I am confused as to what rear lift to get, looking at the 2" kits the block is shorter than the OEM, do I measure the existing block and add 2"s?
Thanks
I have a 5 in. block with a 4 in. lift. Are you sure you want a 5 with a 2?
That combo you have probably makes your truck level front to back. That's what the goal is for most who lift or level, but he is trying to regain some more rake so that it isn't so low in the rear when loaded. With that 2.5" front lift he probably only sits 1/2" higher in the rear...if that.
Airbags would be another solution. That would keep the leveled look while unloaded but also keep the rear from sagging when loaded.
Blocks installed, easy mod, looks great, man these trucks sit high, the 37s would have easily fit without any lift.. I'm hoping the angle change helps the hood flutter when I meet a big rig on a 2 lane highway! Truck is easier to drive with the nose down especially turning corners
